From identifying a gap in the market to building a network that connects providers and commissioners, our journey has always been focused on delivering better outcomes through collaboration.

Founded by commissioner and broker Madi Makgoba, CareTilt was created to address a gap that had existed in the care market for many years: providers often struggled to promote vacancies beyond their existing relationships, whilst Local Authorities lacked visibility of available services. Drawing on over 25 years of experience across commissioning, brokerage, and care provision, Madi recognised the need for a more relationship-led approach to placements.
Today, CareTilt works alongside Solor Solutions and Sentrell to support the wider care sector. Together, we provide independent brokerage, business support, and specialist consultancy to Local Authorities, Integrated Care Boards, and care providers across the UK. Built on trusted relationships rather than technology alone, our focus remains the same – connecting people, promoting quality services, and improving outcomes through collaboration of our clients.
